So much to cherish. So much less to pay.
There’s so much to love about Park Place at Winghaven—and it’s all made even more appealing by our reasonable cost. There are no large upfront costs here, just your all-inclusive monthly fee and a one-time community fee of $3,000.
Independent living at Park Place starts at $3,900 per month and assisted living starts at $6,350 per month. As for our memory care neighborhood, our Valeo™ signature program starts at $6,425/month.
While Park Place is rich in personality and feels like a resort, the cost most definitely doesn’t.

The Benefits of All-Inclusive Monthly Fees
As you can see, your monthly fee includes a full range of services and amenities. You can get great value by choosing a community like Park Place at Winghaven. Instead of paying for every service separately, you can get access to new opportunities through one monthly fee.
Cost of Aging-in-Place vs. a Senior Living Community
You may think that aging-in-place is more affordable than a senior living community in Missouri. However, that’s not necessarily the case. Consider all your at-home expenses and bills: mortgage, property taxes, utilities, groceries, housekeeping, entertainment, transportation and more.
That’s not even counting health support and services provided at home, as well as fitness or wellness classes. When you add up all these bills, aging-in-place isn’t as accessible as you may think. In fact, senior living may offer a greater value in the long run.
At our senior living community in O’Fallon, you can get access to a wide array of services, amenities and spaces—all included in your monthly rent. Instead of worrying about paying your many bills, you can get everything you need from one monthly payment. Often, you’ll even enjoy new amenities and opportunities compared with living at home. In particular, the 24/7 health support can make you feel at ease in case you need it.
Veteran’s Benefits
We welcome veterans to our community with open arms. If you or your spouse is a veteran, you may be eligible for a program called Aid and Attendance, run by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This benefit offers senior veterans financial assistance with their long-term health costs, including assisted living. Typically, the benefits stipend (which varies per year) can grant approximately $1,200-$2,200/month for health expenses and can help defray the cost of living at a retirement community like ours.
